Interviewing is a skill that takes
thoughtful preparation and lots
of practice.
Before your interview, you should be knowledgeable
about the position, the organization and the industry
and feel con昀dent in your ability to sell yourself to
the employer. In addition, it is important to remember
that 昀rst impressions count. Make sure you dress
professionally (page 33).
