INTERNSHIPS
An internship is a temporary position that provides practical work experience in a
speci昀c 昀eld. Students who graduate with internship experiences are more likely
than students without those experiences to 昀nd employment upon graduation.
Internships can be completed while students are on winter or summer break and
during the academic semester. Some opportunities can be completed for course
credit. The earlier you start gaining experience, the better.
